Why does Race matter?

Nothing divides us like ethnic race. I've seen it produce either pride or disdain for others. I wish it didn't exist. After all, it is only the temporary skin we wear on this side of heaven. If only we could look at an individual's values and base our decisions on that alone. The best person for the job (any job) gets the job regardless of gender or race. The problem we have with this however, is that most people don't know what fundamental values they are about - and so emotions and hype are the order of the day. What most of us experience in life, unfortunately is at best, organized chaos.

Short Sighted People

I love my Maxwell 360 leadership group. I have to say that nothing lately has inspired me to think deeper about people, relationships and the way things work.

The question is not how smart someone is or their capacity to learn, so much as an individual's willingness to learn. Not everyone is just plain stupid. Most people are not evil. But most of us could use corrective lenses since we tend to be so short sighted.
